In lieu of the announcement by the Irish government that more stringent level 5 COVID-19 restrictions will be implemented across the country until the end of January, we wish to let you know that Firefly Orthoses will continue to operate as normal.
Firefly Orthoses is fulfilling an essential service and as such our Technical and Customer support teams are available between the hours of 8.00am and 2.30pm by phone, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to respond to queries via email with 48 hours.
We are in regular contact with our international suppliers to monitor how the global crisis may impact their ability to supply to us. At the time of writing, we are assured our supply chains will not be hampered.
However, we have observed since the COVID-19 pandemic began, logistics and courier services have experienced delays in delivering goods. Please bear this in mind when scheduling patients’ fitting appointments. If you require devices to be fitted on a specific date, please state this in your order and our customer support team will advise.

In recent weeks we issued a warning to our FUSION users, requesting they do not update their iPad’s operating system to iOS14.
We are delighted to announce we have implemented changes to the FUSION app that now ensures FUSION’s compatibility with Apple’s iOS14.
To apply this software update to your instance of FUSION, please update to our latest version of the app, ver. 1.1.7.
