Our September MSK Workshop will take place in Ballymascanlon House, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The venue is an hour drive from both Dublin and Belfast. Dundalk is served regularly by train from both Dublin and Belfast with Ballymascanlon House a short taxi ride away from the train station.

10.30 – 11.00 Evidence-Based Practice – Alignment Vs Force

  • What orthoses do, why do we over complicate it

11.00 – 12.30 MSK Assessments

  • Vital clinical anatomy tests

12.30 – 13.30 LUNCH

13.30 – 15.00 Prescription Writing

  • Break down the prescription form, what are you trying to achieve? Casting with 3D scanning technology

15.00 – 16.00 Case Studies

  • Firefly case studies, facilitate discussion with attendees

CPD ACCREDITED

The workshop is fully CPD accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Attendees earn 6 CPD points.

SMALL CLASS SIZE

To ensure you get the most from the workshop and to maximise your time, places on the workshop will be limited and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The workshop is highly practical with lots of hands-on learning so small class sizes are required.
